Yes, it is possible to transfer the warranty if you sell your vehicle. For the warranty to be successfully transferred to the new owner, the process needs to be completed within 7 days from the date on which the vehicle is sold or the ownership is transferred.

Does warranty covers parts and labour?

Yes, The warranty will cover the cost of parts and labor required for any repairs as long as the warranty is still valid.
